Charlie Johnston

Founded by Charlie Johnston from Bath UK. A professional chef for 10 years, Charlie trained under Gordon Ramsay, Nuno Mendez, Leonardo Carreiraa, Kobe Desrumalts. 

Charlie cooked in some of the world's best restaurants such as In De Wulf, Viajantie and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. He honed the craft of baking at In De Wulf (Belgium) rated the third best restaurant in Europe.
